对安全的认识和理解有哪些？
（1）树立生产中安全第一的思想，远离危险区域，从小事做起，克服麻痹思想，从要我安全做到我要安全。
（2）学习并理解安全操作规程，规范自身行为，杜绝抢时间、赶进度、图省事等不良行为的发生，在任何情况下不违章、违规操作。
（3）严格要求自己，保持在岗位操作时有良好的精神状态，做到注意力集中，防止因疲劳而发生事故的可能性。
（4）每天上下班以及工作中做到对自己工作区域的仔细检查，物品进行安全整洁摆放，及时进行整理、清洁工作，以保证工作环境整洁有序，消除事故隐患。
（5）在做好自身安全的同时，积极协助同事及其他人员进行安全生产的宣传工作，对违规操作等危险行为进行及时劝阻。劝阻无效的，及时汇报上级领导，并协助领导处理好违规事件。
安全的客观状态：
没有危险的状态是安全，而且这种状态是不依人的主观意志为转移的，因而是客观的。无论是安全主体自身，还是安全主体的旁观者，都不可能仅仅因为对于安全主体的感觉或认识不同而真正改变主体的安全状态。
一个已经处于自由落体状态下的人，不会由于他自我感觉良好而真正安全；一个躺在坚固大厦内一张坚固的大床上而且确实没有任何危险的人，也不会因认为自己危在旦夕就真的面临危险。因此，安全不仅是没有危险的状态，而且这种状态是客观的，不依人的主观意志为转移的。
没有危险作为一种客观状态，不是一种实体性存在，而是一种属性，因而它必然依附一定的实体。当安全依附于人时，那么便是“人的安全”；当安全依附于国家时，那么便是“国家安全”；而当安全依附于世界时，便是“世界安全”。
这样一些承载安全的实体，也就是安全所依附的实体，可以说就是安全的主体。客观的安全状态，必然是依附于一定的主体。在定义“安全”概念时，必须把安全是一种属性而不是一种实体这一特点反映出来。
对人性的理解和看法？
人性即人的本质，人的本质一般固定，不容易改变，正如“江山易改本性难移”，一个人最难被改变的就是他的本性，所以就如同很多犯罪分子明知道自己的行为会有什么后果却还是一如既往的犯罪。一个人的本性和人性是密切相关的，所以我认为如果想要看清楚一个人的本质，那么理解人性至关重要。
