Good morning! Today the topic of our speech is happiness comes from good health.
In recent 20 years, our healthy status has been falling down rapidly, while the obesity rate has been climbing up greatly. What’s worse, a large number of students have become near-sighted. How to solve this problem? The best way is to do more exercise.
Exercise can prevent the tiredness from work and study. Moreover, it can bring good effects to our memory, our study efficiency and it can make us happier.
Dear classmates, health is everything. We can achieve nothing without our health. But most of our students didn’t realize it. They talk and laugh when they are running. They bring chaos into the team. Some of them even hide in the bathrooms. If you keep doing that, you will get into the habit of laziness. In other to improve our health and study, I think we should follow these rules:
First, be careful and pay attention to your movements when you run. Don’t talk. Second, take part in all kinds of activities.
At last, be persistent and strong-willed when you do sports.
